The Industry Standard is claiming the Google Android Phone is weeks away. Word is that HTC will manufacture a cellphone based on the Android Platform and that the phone will be available from T-Mobile worldwide by Early October. If this is true it will help fuel what is increasingly looking to be a Google vs Apple showdown as to who controls the hearts and minds of the modern tech savvy consumer. The great news from my perspective is that the consumer wins. A Gphone would only make Apple further innovate and the iPhone has apparently put a fire under Google. It is also fun to watch.
